Registered clinical qualification, eg. nursing, paramedic, physiotherapist, biokineticist, ambulance assistant, dietician, pharmacist assistant, etc.
Computer literacy essential.
Call centre experience advantageous.

Follow up on urgent queries.

Communicate clearly, concisely and professionally.
Use listening skills to identify problems and be receptive to client complaints and queries.
