Requirements:
• Minimum CCA, N-Dip, B-Tec, ECP
• Current registration with the HPCSA
• Competent ALS patient care skills
• Competent in communication skills between clients, staff, management and Directors
• Ability to lead a team of lower and higher qualified staff
• Able to work as and in a team
• Be self-motivated and driven to market the company and achieve targets.
• Code 8 License with responding experience (PrDP preferred)
• 1+ years operational experience in EMS
• Hours of work – Shift based
• Presentable and neat
• Good Client relations and ability to represent the company
• Able to work under pressure with strict time lines
• Ability to follow instructions
• Response and ambulance shifts
