• BTech/ MTech, assessor, Moderator, BLS Instructor, ACLS/PALS, ITLS Instructor
• Minimum 5 years EMS Educational or Post graduate operational experience
• Sound knowledge of outcomes based education
• Supervisory experience advantageous
• Sound understanding of HPCSA guidelines and accreditation processes
• Code B drivers license and PDP(G,P) compulsory
• Sound knowledge of legislation pertaining to Education and Training (SAQA, SETA, NQF)
Generic and technical competencies:
Communication, Planning/Organizing, computer literacy (MS office package), problem-solving, report writing, supervisory skills, facilitation and assessment
