Competency Profile (Education & Experience)
Qualification : ALS - CCA/Ndip
Assessor, Moderator, BLS instructor, ACLS/PALS Instructor, ITLS Instructor
Minimum 5 years EMS educational or post-graduate operational experience
Sound knowledge of outcomes based education
Supervisory experience advantageous
Code B drivers license and PDP (G,P) compulsory
Sound knowledge of legislation pertaining to education and training (SAQA, SETA, NQF)
Generic and technical competencies:
Communication, Planning/Organizing, computer literacy (MS office package) report writing, problem-solving supervisory skills, facilitation and assessment.
