Minimum professional registration with the HPCSA as a BAA
2 year Contact centre dispatch experience
Experience in Aeromedical dispatch and International assistance would be an advantage
Ability to speak an international language will be advantageous
Good administrative skills
Good geographical knowledge of international locations
Above average knowledge of the functions of the Emergency Operations Centre and high attention to services and deliverables.
Good business acumen
