Minimum Requirements:
• Medical qualification essential. Enrolled Nurses, RN’s, Physio’s, Bio’s, OT’s, ILS Paramedics
• Matric
• Computer literacy essential
• Minimum 1 year experience in a clinical environment essential
Responsibilities:
• Attend to calls in an inbound call centre - full training provided
• Provide pre-authorization information to members, brokers, hospitals and all clients, re admissions, treatments and benefits
