St John NT is the Territory's Ambulance service and is the leading provider of First Aid related services. The Paramedic Training College (PTC) is responsible for delivering training and assessment services to trainee, student and qualified Paramedics.
Responsible to the Paramedic Education Manager, we are currently seeking a Paramedic Education Officer to join our team delivering high quality training and implementing the tertiary Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP).
The applicant:
Must hold a minimum qualification the Diploma of Paramedical Science or equivalent qualification recognised by the Council of Ambulance Authorities.
Hold a current Authority to Practice at Intensive Care Paramedic or Qualified Ambulance Paramedic level with a Council of Ambulance Authorities recognised State or Territory Emergency Ambulance Service
Must hold the TAE Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
Have experience delivering training and assessment services to Ambulance Paramedic students enrolled though either the VET or Tertiary sectors
