Requirements
ALS qualification with the HPCSA and at least 3 years operational experience
Minimum 2 years experience in a management position
Ability to provide operational and professional leadership
Knowledge of the dynamics and challenges within the EMS industry would be a recommendation
Strong leadership, problem solving and people management skills
Excellent communication, planning and organising skills
Proficiency in the entire MS Office suite
Commitment to service excellence
Key Outputs Operational management by ensuring systems, processess and resources are in place to achieve financial targets
Develop and manage formal and informal relationships within your area
Human Capital Management by mobilising resources to attain performance targets and standards as well as maintenance of sound employee relations
Marketing of ER24 services to industry to ensure ER24’s position as the leading roleplayer in EMS services
Management and compliance to your branch budget
Monthly reporting to line management
Interact with clients on a managerial level and conform to the client's site specific requirements
