Rotations: 5 weeks on 5 weeks off
The Role:
Are you a paramedic seeking an adventurous career? Then this position could be for you! You would be located in a clinic setting in a remote environment. Along with general clinic duties, you would provide emergent medical care as a solo responder. Ideally, you would have extensive experience providing independent medical care in a remote environment.
Position Qualifications
Currently licensed/certified as a critical care assistant (CCA) or Emergency Care Provider (ECP) in South Africa
At least two (2) years experience providing emergency care at the Advanced Life Support (ALS) level
Have the ability to travel to and depart from an international airport within South Africa
Current BLS & ACLS or equivalent
Willingness to work five (5) week at a time
Preferred Qualifications
Experience as a first responder in an industrial environment
Experience as a solo clinical provider
Experience in a clinic setting (urgent care, emergency room, etc)
PHTLS, ITLS, or equivalent certifications
