The ideal applicant must be an Advance Life Support Paramedic or Doctor, registered with the HPCSA, with a minimum of 1 year's experience and current ACLS,PALS and ATLS qualifications. An AHCP Qualification will be advantageous.

Applicants must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as being a team player, be able to function under pressure and work independently. Applicants must have a flexable approach to working hours.

Duties include: Operational Primary Flight paramedic ( Helicopter and Fixed Wing), control of medical equipment & suppliers, operational related functions, general administration and be prepared to participate in the co-ordination of flights and other duties as required from time to time.

Paramedic for a Holiday Resort

Superb Holiday Resort urgently requires a confident Paramedic. Only South African citizens, who are suitably qualified and meet the requirements of the position, are eligible to apply for this vacancy.

The successful Paramedic will be responsible for all healthcare and emergency situations at the holiday resort. Other duties of this paramedic will include ensuring the safety of the guest usingtheir aquatic facilities by preventing and responding to water caused emergencies. The successful incumbent must have the ability to react calmly and effectively in all emergency situations. Skills in the application of life guarding, surveillance, rescue techniques and first aid is essential.

Requirements:
Must at least have grade 12 or equivalent
Must have completed a Basic Ambulance Assistant (BAA) Course
Must at have first aid level 3 with solid experience in CPR and emergency cases
