The position of Trainer / Facilitator is part time but with the option for a permanent position with the company. The trainer / facilitator will have full use of company training materials, equipment and company vehicle.
The courses that the Trainer will be training is:
· First Aid Levels 1, 2 & 3
· Health & Safety Awareness
· Basic Fire Fighting
The successful candidate must:
- background in training/teaching/facilitation, including creating & improving training programs
- excellent communication
- highly computer proficient
- tertiary level qualifications
- be fluent in English & Afrikaans
- have own reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence
- have experience in facilitation/teaching
- Assessors/Moderators advantageous
- have Ambulance Assistant certificate advantageous
- Knowledge/experience on the OHS Act advantageous
