Competency Profile (Education and experience):
• Minimum professional registration with the HPCSA as a BAA
• 2 year Contact centre dispatch experience
• Experience in Aeromedical dispatch and International assistance would be an advantage
• Ability to speak an international language will be advantageous
• Good administrative skills
• Good geographical knowledge of international locations
• Above average knowledge of the functions of the Emergency Operations Centre and high attention to services and deliverables.
• Good business acumenGeneric and technical competencies:
Client Liaison, Conflict management, interpersonal and customer services skills, analytical, Problem solving, Administration, Decision making, Communication, computer literacy (MS office) package)
