Job description
Working closely with the Head of Security, you will be responsible for the day to day functionality of a professional and dedicated Security team across two very busy Hotels. You will provide support in loss prevention, customer and staff safety and guest satisfaction and continue to drive the success of our people and our business through a commitment to excellence and consistency in the service your department provides.
The ideal candidate should be a native Arabic speaker. A high level of organisational skills and the ability to train, motivate and lead a team is essential as is the ability to take responsibility and project a professional image at all times
Candidates must be familiar with CCTV operations, Dubai Police operating procedures and have a thorough knowledge of U.A.E. culture, traditions and personalities. It is also essential that you are aware of global security risks and are able to contribute effectively to our Security strategies.
You will have at least 3 years experience as a Security professional in a large quality Hotel chain, have an outgoing gregarious personality and impeccable personal appearance.

•Excellent working knowledge in I.T
•Must hold a valid U.A.E. Driving license
