CCA or National Diploma/Degree in Emergency Medical care
Valid EB driver's license
Registration with HPCSA
Understanding or experience of private health funders advantageous
Willingness to travel

Communication, planning & organising, computer literacy (MS Office suites), assessments, problem-solving, quality control, customer service orientation, strong clinical back-ground, sound financial reasoning

Key Deliverables:
Multiple clinical case reviews and audits (Clinical and Administrative)
Maintaining channels of communication with internal and external business units and partners
Prioritization of cases in conjunction with the Clinical Administrator
Analyze data, establish trends and recommend solutions
Assist in development of clinical reporting structures
Mitigate risk to the branch and company
