Appointment requirements:
An appropriate three (3) year tertiary career-related qualification (Degree or National Diploma) or equivalent qualification
Relevant experience in a call centre management environment
Basic Ambulance course (HPCSA registered)A valid code B driver's licence
Computer literate
Must be prepared to work shifts

Duties:
Management of Shift Emergency Operational Centre
Management of the Emergency Call Centre through applying the general management principles
Render an emergency call dispatching service
Manage and oversee all activities, operations and interventions in an emergency and operational environment
Manage and oversee all the administration of the Centre and its activities
Liaison with and reporting to internal auditing processes to ensure clean administration and compliance with policies and procedures
Skills and career development to ensure empowerment, equity and optimal utilization of resources
Financial control and monitoring
