We're looking for Intensive Care
Paramedics who can demonstrate
Clinical competence, which must be
maintained and developed
Sound experience at Intensive Care level
of practice
High level of interpersonal and
communication skills
Strong problem solving and analysis
skills
Teamwork and collaboration
Proven leadership ability through clinical
competency and experience
Willingness to work with, mentor and
train other paramedics and volunteers
High level of safety awareness and
compliance
Other special skills of value to the role
that can be demonstrated to the panel
With positions located throughout the
state of Victoria, we're able to offer the

living in cosmopolitan Melbourne or in one
of our regional locations in picturesque
country Victoria. Successful applicants
must be available to commence with AV
from February 2014 onwards.
Selection assessments will include a
behavioural and clinical interview, and a
medical and physical fitness assessment.
You will also need to provide supporting
documentation such as a national police
check, your driving history and
professional referees.
Selection assessments will be conducted
in Melbourne but may also be scheduled in
other capital cities, dependant on
demand.
