We are seeking to employ a HSE medic -Position will be based in Germany
Medical Repsonsibilities.
*Carry out medical duties
*Maintain Hospital and stock drugs and equipment on board.
*Maintain Medical registar and review type of injuries expected.
*Drill and Train Deck personal and Tower Teams
*Assit medical evacuation
*Promote Health and Wellbeing on Board.
SAM QHSE Responsibilities
*HSE contact point for OIM ,the master and the onshore Department.
*Assit the vessel Safety Officer in his Duties.
*Familiarise with the HSE procedure.
*Maintain PPE Register.
QHSE DUTIES
* Preform Safety inspections:Equipment register and Certification,COSHH assessments,PTW/LOTO system.
*Assit i Drug and Alcohol Tests when needed.
*Keep records of HOCs,Identify trends.
*Support incident investigation.
*Reporting to QHSE Engineer.
*Ensure SOC Project Induction is given and Keep records.
*Collate and Prepare all data for monthly QHSE reporting.
*Participate in Safety meetings.
*Provide HSE Support to all in the project.
*Support risk assessment.
*Assit in papperwork:MOM,TBt,TRA,ERF,Communication Register,Lessons Learned.
SAM ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
*Assit with allocation of cabins and POB list.
*Ensure information is shared on Board and with SAMs on Other vessels
*Keep NOK database up-to-Date.
*Verify all medical certificates and safety training.
MIN 10 years Experience a must.
Traceable reference on CV for the last 10 years min.
Valid Passport ,as position is based in GERMANY on a 28 day rotation.
