Valid Code C1 driver's license with PrDP
5 years EMS experience with exposure to pre-hospital critical care (ICU) transfers not-negotiable (25 documented patient interactions). Exposure to working in either an ICU ambulance, fixed wing air ambulance or rotor wing air ambulance is not negotiable (2yrs or more)
US board certification as a Critical Care Transport Paramedic would be an added advantage
Any ICU related course would be an added advantage
Valid EB driver’s license with PDP and the ability to apply excellent driving skills
Sound clinical knowledge of ILS protocols
Ability to work effectively as part of a small team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to treat clients in a professional manner
A concern for excellence with a strong focus on performance standards
Ability to function independently
