Location : Wolmaransstad, North West
The Advance Life Support Paramedic will supervise operations and personnel within all emergency medical operational capacity. Establish, implement, update, train, and enforce medical clinic procedures. Advise the medical staff and Managing Director on issues and activities related to medical operations.
Requirements
Current National CCA / N. Dip or B.Tech certification
Certification must be current with all applicable education/recertification requirements completed. You will be required to maintain your qualifications for the duration of your employment.
5 years’ experience in the medical field as a Paramedic
MUST have active road experience within the past 12 months
Licensure must be current with all applicable education/recertification requirements completed
Previous instructor experience an advantage
Valid South African Driver’s License (PDP Preferred)
Excellent Driving Skills with no record of accidents within the last 5 years. (Will be confirmed during pre-employment checks)
2 years supervisory experience preferred
Strong leadership skills with sound business acumen
Have good Administrative Skills
Hardworking and willing
South African Police Clearance (within last 6 months) or ability to obtain one
Be willing to work ambulance shifts.

Skillful management of patients, complying with clinical governance guidelines as set out by the Health Professions Council of South Africa
Good communication skills with colleagues, Hospital staff and Doctors
The ability to see, pursue, develop and acquire new Business
Support and Supervise less experienced staff
Must be able to inspire, motivate, develop and lead other staff to ensure efficient clinical and professional Emergency Medical Care
Be able to operate in Emergency Medical Care situations use your skills, protocols and professional findings
