- Minimum Grade 12
- Client relations certificate advantageous
- 2-3 years customer relations experience
- Medical qualification (Basic ambulance assistant) advantageous
- Capturing of CQC information logged
- Client liaison and information assistance
- Assist Client Relations Officer with data analysis and report writing
- Medico-legal process flows and document assistance
