REMUNERATION: R 221 058 PER ANNUM

REQUIREMENTS: MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
• An appropriate tertiary qualification in Call Centre Management
• Appropriate experience managing an Emergency Contact Centre.

COMPETENCIES (KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS):
• Good human resource and labour relations skills
•Good leadership and supervisory skills and project management skills�
•Computer literacy (MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
•Good presentation and organising skills
•Good financial management skills and understanding of the PFMA
•Ability to lead a team and provide strategic direction' Good communication skills in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape.

DUTIES (KEY RESULT AREAS/OUTPUTS):
•Professional, competent management and supervision of all six emergency call centres and their staff as well as new projects or technology required within the call centres' Write and implement processes within the call centre
•Effectively manage any HR/LR issues relating to the call centre staff
•Clearly define and manage performance targets within the ECC environment and provide recommendations to improve if necessary
• Implement and audit a quality improvement program within all the ECC's
•Develop and manage all SLA's with service providers
• Manage a training component that will equip staff with call centre specific knowledge.
