Education, experience and competencies required :
1. Grade 12 (Matric) as minimum qualification
2. Valid SA Drivers Licence (Current) Min Code EB, will be beneficial
3. Exemplary disciplinary record
4. No criminal record
5. Good verbal and written communication and client oriented skills
6. Good communication skills
7. Verified SASSETA / SIRA certification. (Minimum Grade C)
8. Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
9. Computer literacy. (A basic knowledge of Microsoft Office recommended)
10. Have initiative to work independently
11. Self motivator, utmost integrity levels, honesty and innovativeness essential
12. Knowledge of the Company policies essential, and Criminal and Procedure Act will be a
beneficial.
Duties
Security administration
Professional execution of access control at main gate
Liaison with residents
Pro-active crime prevention initiative and execution
Professional inspections and maintaining of responsible security area
